How do we pack the product?

We package our products in tissue paper with a sticker, then place them in a sturdy cardboard box with FSC certification – an international symbol of responsible forest management, created with people, animals, and the environment in mind. This durable packaging is ideal for reuse. We strive to choose less waste solutions and care for the planet at every stage.

Where do we make our clothes?

We sew in Polish sewing and knitting factories, supporting the Polish clothing market. Our partners are located in the Małopolska, Masovia, Subcarpathia, Kuyavia, and Łódź regions.

How to choose the best size?

Each of our products includes a size chart and the model's measurements in the photo. Some of our products are made of stretchy material; in such cases, we provide size ranges.

How to care for our clothes?

To ensure they last as long as possible, follow the instructions on the label and on our website. Also, remember a few rules:

  • Avoid strong spinning – this exposes the wet fabric to more damage.
  • Don't wash at high temperatures. Unless the situation calls for it, try to choose the lowest possible temperature.
  • Do not wash products with towels, jeans or other hard and rough materials.
  • Avoid tumble drying. While some products can be tumble dried, this weakens the material.
  • Dry our products flat – they do not stretch under their own weight and the string or drying rod does not affect their material.
  • Do not dry in direct sunlight - the rays weaken and discolor the material.
  • After washing, shake out the clothing and straighten it so that the material dries without creases.

How can I find out when the product will be available again?

Sign up for product availability notifications . This way, you'll be the first to know when a product is available. You can also contact us about a product that's currently out of stock. We'll check its estimated restock date and notify you by email when it's back in stock.

Are our materials certified?

Yes, some of our materials are OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified, and many products are also Lenzing, RWS and WOOLMARK certified (applies to wool models).

Can I receive an invoice for my purchase?

Yes, you can. When placing your order, select the company field and complete the required information. An invoice will be issued after payment. You can find it in the email address provided when placing your order.

What payment types are available?

You can pay for your order in the following ways:

Are my purchases on Ansin.pl safe?

Yes – a professional SSL certificate has been installed on the Ansin store website to ensure the confidentiality of transmitted information and its encryption.

Can I pay for my order in a currency other than PLN?

You can pay for your order by traditional bank transfer to our account in EUR or USD . If you would like to pay in another currency, please contact us. If you don't have a PLN account and don't want to incur additional currency conversion fees, we have two options for you:

  • payment via PayPal,
  • payment by traditional transfer to our EUR or USD account (in such a situation, complete the order without paying for it and then contact us).
Can I change my payment method?

Yes, in this case please contact us at sklep@ansin.pl .

I was unable to pay for my order. What can I do?

If your order hasn't been paid and you don't have a repayment link, please contact us . We'll provide you with further instructions. You can also place a new order, and we'll cancel the unpaid one.

How do I change my delivery details after placing my order?

If you would like to change your shipping method or details, please contact us by email: sklep@ansin.pl or by phone: +48 12 383 25 88. We cannot change your order once it has been handed over to the courier. Once the package has left our warehouse, we cannot make changes.

Can I change the shipment date of my parcel?

If you'd like to place an order in advance but would prefer your package to be shipped later, please specify your shipping date in the order notes. You can also contact us by email: sklep@ansin.pl or by phone: +48 12 383 25 88 .

I was unable to receive my parcel. What next?

If your pickup date has passed or the courier hasn't found you, don't worry. The package will be returned to us, and we'll then contact you to discuss further steps.

Can I pay in cash/cash on delivery?

Yes, you can pay for your order cash on delivery. Select this option when shipping is available. We only accept cash on delivery via DPD courier.

Is international shipping possible?

Yes, you can place an order through our website and select the country you'd like your parcel shipped to when selecting your shipping method. Orders to the UK and countries outside the EU may be subject to additional customs duties.

How long will I wait for shipping?

If you place your order before 5:00 PM on a business day, your items should be shipped the same day after payment verification. We do everything we can to ship your package as quickly as possible.

What are the shipping costs and options?

The cost depends on the shipping method chosen. Orders over 400 PLN receive free shipping within Poland. The store offers the following delivery options:

  • ORLEN package: PLN 16,
  • InPost parcel lockers: PLN 16,
  • DPD courier: PLN 18 (cash on delivery + PLN 3.00)
Can I collect the product in person?

Because our main warehouse is located outside of Krakow, we do not conduct direct sales. If you want the fastest possible delivery, we recommend choosing courier delivery options – DPD Courier or InPost parcel lockers.

Can I make changes to my order?

No – due to logistics, these types of changes are not possible. If you wish to make changes, please place a new order and cancel or return the previous order upon receipt.

How can I use the discount code?

A field for entering a discount code will appear at the shopping cart stage. Simply enter it in the designated space and click Apply – the discount will be applied automatically.

I'd like to receive a voucher in PDF format. How can I take advantage of free shipping?

After paying for your order, the voucher is sent in PDF format to the email address provided when placing your order. In this case, there's no need for physical shipping, so shipping is free.

Can I buy a voucher with a different value than the default?

Yes. After clicking on the voucher, you can choose one of the available values: PLN 100, PLN 250, PLN 500, or PLN 1,000. If you want to purchase a voucher for a different amount, such as PLN 300, add a PLN 100 voucher to your cart and change the quantity to 3. You will then receive three separate codes that you can use immediately at checkout by entering them one by one in the "Discount Code or Gift Card" field.

Is the receipt included with the shipment?

With the planet in mind, we send receipts via email—so we don't include any documents with your shipment. You'll receive confirmation of your purchase, along with the receipt, at the email address you provided when placing your order.

What if the product arrived with a defect?

All products undergo a three-stage quality control process—in the sewing room, in the warehouse, and before shipping. If we've missed something, we're truly sorry. Please let us know as soon as possible, and we'll address it as a matter of priority.

Until when can I submit a return?

Our products can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

Can I exchange the product for a different model?

We do not accept exchanges within a single order. If you wish to exchange for a different model, color, or size, please place a new order for the correct product and return the original item to us for a refund.

Can I return different orders in one package?

Yes, you can. Remember to include all order numbers – either in the form or by email: sklep@ansin.pl .

What if I can't print the form?

No problem. Using the Convenient Returns option, you can complete everything online. If you're shipping your parcel yourself, please email us at sklep@ansin.pl or include a note with your parcel stating the items you're returning.

How will the amount be refunded?

We will process refunds using the same method used to pay for your order. If you choose cash on delivery or traditional bank transfer, please provide your bank account number on the returns form.

How long will I have to wait for a refund?

If your refund is approved, it will be processed automatically via your original payment method within a maximum of 10 business days.

Do I need to provide my account number for a refund?

No, if the order was paid online. Please provide your account number only for cash on delivery or traditional bank transfer orders.

Do I have to ship the products in their original boxes?

You don't have to. We want the products to be properly protected. However, if you have an idea for a reuse of the box, great. If not, send it back to us and we'll give it a second life in the spirit of less waste.

Can I return via parcel locker?

Yes, you can do this using the Convenient Returns option or by sending an InPost parcel individually. Important: We do not collect parcels from collection points or parcel lockers, so your parcel must be delivered directly to the following warehouse address:

Who covers the return shipping costs?

The costs associated with sending the parcel remain your responsibility.

COMPLAINTS

How can I file a complaint?

If an ANSIN product doesn't meet your expectations or a defect has occurred, let us know. You can do so by email, phone, or in writing. To expedite the process, we suggest contacting us by email and providing photos of the damaged product.

How much time do I have to file a complaint?

You have 2 years from the date you receive the product to do so.

When will I receive a response to my complaint?

The maximum response time is 14 days – but we usually get back to you within 24 hours.

Do I need an order or invoice number?

You don't need an invoice. We'd appreciate it if you included your order number and product name in your request. This will simplify and expedite the entire process. Don't know your order number? Please provide other information that will help us locate your purchase, such as your email address, name, or phone number.

How can I subscribe to the newsletter?

To subscribe to our newsletter, click here . There's a sign-up box there. This will give you early access to news and educational materials, let you know about upcoming discounts, and receive discount codes first.

Don't have a confirmation link for your newsletter subscription? The email may have ended up in a different folder (e.g., spam) or a system error. Sometimes our technology fails – we apologize. In such cases, please contact us and we will manually complete the newsletter registration and send you the necessary materials, along with a discount code.
