A few words about us
Our brand ANSIN was born in 2019. From the very beginning, we knew that we did not want to create "temporary" collections and follow the mainstream of fast fashion, but rather show how many solutions are hidden in High-quality, minimalist designs . We design items that never go out of style and are suitable for any occasion – minimalist T-shirts, tops, long sleeves, bodysuits, sweaters, and tracksuits. We sew for both men and women. What does the work of a fashion designer at ANSIN involve?
As a premium brand fashion designer, you will play a key role in the implementation of production plans , starting from from prototype concepts to the introduction of complete collections for a given season. Your involvement will also include supervising sample creation processes, ensuring the smooth running of operations and Maintaining production schedules . Collaboration with various specialists, including a second designer, buyer, technologists, and constructors, will be an integral part of your daily work. Close collaboration with the Creative Director will allow us to integrate your designs into the overall brand strategy and identity , which will help differentiate the brand in the premium fashion market. Your design skills, aesthetic sense, and determination will contribute to the continued success of our brand and the creation of unique designs and products that will capture the hearts of our customers.

🚀 What would your scope of responsibility be?
1. Clothing and collection design:
- preparing complete collections for different seasons, taking into account the diversity of clothing categories;
- developing creative ideas based on current fashion trends and customer preferences;
- maintaining project documentation;
- direct collaboration with the creative director of ANSIN to align the vision and aesthetics of the projects.
2. Searching for and selecting materials:
- cooperation with a fashion buyer: searching for and selecting materials;
- selecting materials according to specific project requirements, taking into account their properties, quality, color and texture;
- cooperation with our clothing technologist - verification whether the materials meet the project expectations and whether they meet quality and durability standards.
3. Coordinating processes related to project creation:
- constant cooperation with the buyer, technologist, designers, as well as contractors: sewing and knitting factories;
- monitoring activities and ensuring project implementation schedules;
- effectively communicating your concepts to the team and external companies (sewing and knitting factories);
- organizing your activities so that knowledge is easy to share with the ANSIN team.
🚀 What do we need from you?
- minimum 3 years of experience as a clothing designer or designer assistant - you understand what is important in a designer's work and are able to take care of all the details of the activities;
- creative thinking, a great aesthetic sense and an understanding of what premium basic is - you will create such projects every day, so it is important that good quality basics simply... make you happy;
- extensive knowledge of materials - knitwear, fabrics... compositions and weights - you know how to work with them and how to combine them with specific projects;
- scrupulousness - When it comes to premium products, we pay attention to every detail and refuse to compromise. We want the product to create a WOW effect!
- teamwork skills - You communicate effectively with designers, technologists, and buyers. You work effectively with product manager and understand the importance of working closely with the creative director;
- basic knowledge of MS Office or Google tools (Sheets, Docs, Forms). Your knowledge must appear in selected tables so that the entire team has the necessary information to work together ;
- diligence, independence and commitment;
- work skills in dynamic and changing environment , as well as the ability to respond quickly to market changes;
- high communication (interpersonal) skills;
- on-site availability - in Krakow ;
