The Competition Organiser is YZEE, a limited liability company, with its registered office in Kraków, ul. Piłsudskiego 28/6, 31-109 Kraków, NIP: 6762571856, entered into the National Court Register under number 0000806297, maintained by the District Court for Kraków-Śródmieście in Kraków, 11th Commercial Division of the National Court Register (hereinafter referred to as the "Organiser").

1. Only natural persons who:
   a) are over 18 years of age,
   b) have full legal capacity,
   c) have their place of residence in the territory of the Republic of Poland,
   d) subscribe to the ANSIN newsletter.
   
   
2. Employees and associates of the Organizer and members of their families (spouses, relatives and in-laws in the direct line and persons living with them in the same household) cannot participate in the Competition.

The aim of the Competition is to build a community of ANSIN brand subscribers, develop the creativity of participants and promote the ANSIN X LGS collection.

1. The competition is conducted on the territory of the Republic of Poland.
2. The competition begins on November 13, 2025 at 09:00 and runs until November 19, 2025 at 23:59 .

1. Participation in the Competition is voluntary and free of charge.
   
   
2. The condition for participation in the Competition is:
   a) subscribing to the ANSIN newsletter via the competition form available at: https://ansin.pl/pages/konkurs-ansin-x-lgs
   b) provide your name, e-mail address and answer to the competition question in the form:
   “What item of clothing would you never get rid of in your closet and why?”
   
   
3. By subscribing to the ANSIN newsletter, you consent to receiving commercial information from the Organizer electronically.
   
   
4. The participant may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in the email received.
   
   
5. Each participant may submit one competition entry.
   
   

Completing the form is tantamount to: a) reading and accepting these Regulations, the Privacy Policy and the newsletter regulations, b) confirming that the content of the submission does not infringe the copyrights or personal rights of third parties.

1. The participant's task is to subscribe to the newsletter and answer the competition question.
   
   
2. The Competition Committee will select the 13 most interesting, creative and original answers .
   
   
3. Entries containing content that is illegal, offensive, immoral, infringes the rights of third parties or is inconsistent with the theme of the Competition will not be taken into account.
   
   
4. The Organizer reserves the right to remove entries that do not meet the terms of the Regulations.

1. The Competition will select 13 winners:
   
   

• 1st place – a voucher worth PLN 1,000 to be used for the ANSIN X LGS collection,
  
  
• 2nd and 3rd place – voucher worth PLN 500 each for the ANSIN X LGS collection,
  
  
• 10 Honorable Mentions – Silky Wind Creme Scarf.
  
  

1. The organizer reserves the right to award additional prizes in the event of a large number of interesting entries.
   
   
2. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
   
   
3. The organizer covers any tax due on prizes.
   
   
4. Prizes will be delivered to winners electronically or sent by post within 14 days of confirmation of the winner's details.

1. The entries will be assessed by a Competition Committee composed of ANSIN representatives.
   
   
2. The results will be announced on November 20, 2025 on the Organizer's website.
   
   
3. Winners will receive an email confirming their win. Failure to confirm within two days (by November 22, 2025) will result in forfeiture of the prize and a new winner will be selected.
   
   
4. The Organizer may publish the name or nickname of the winner in the announcements about the Competition results.
   
   
5. Participation in the Competition and the right to a prize may not be transferred to third parties.

1. The administrator of participants’ personal data is YZEE sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Kraków (ul. Piłsudskiego 28/6, 31-109 Kraków, e-mail: kontakt@ansin.pl).
   
   
2. Participants' personal data are processed for the purpose of:
   
   

• conducting the Competition, selecting the winners and handing out the prizes,
  
  
• sending the ANSIN newsletter,
  
  
• contacting the participant in matters related to the Competition.
  
  

1. The legal basis for processing is Article 6 paragraph 1 letter a (participant's consent) and letter b (implementation of the Competition) of the GDPR.
   
   
2. The data will be processed for the duration of the Competition and the period of consideration of possible claims, and in the case of newsletter subscription – until the consent is withdrawn.
   
   
3. The participant has the right to request access to his or her data, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, transfer of data and objection to processing.
   
   
4. The participant has the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing prior to its withdrawal.
   
   
5. Data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area or profiled.

1. The Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram, Facebook, or YouTube. These sites are not responsible for the conduct of the Contest.
   
   
2. The Organizer reserves the right to change the Regulations for important reasons (e.g. changes in legal regulations, editorial errors) and to end the Competition early in the event of force majeure.
   
   
3. Any concerns regarding the Competition may be submitted to sklep@ansin.pl within 30 days of the Competition's conclusion. The Organizer will respond within 30 days.
