§1

CONTEST ORGANIZER

YZEE spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Krakow, address: MAŁOPOLSKIE voivodeship, Krakow county, Krakow commune, Krakow locality, Piłsudskiego street, no. 28, premises 6, 31-111, Krakow postal code, NIP: 676-257-18-56, entered into the NATIONAL COURT REGISTER by the REGIONAL COURT FOR KRAKOW-ŚRÓDMIEŚCIE IN KRAKOW, XI ECONOMIC DIVISION OF THE NATIONAL COURT REGISTER under KRS 0000806297.

 

§2

CONTEST RECIPIENTS

  1. Adults who have a Facebook account and are members of the ANSIN | fashion discussions | capsule wardrobe | exchange group may participate in the Contest.
  2. Members of the Contest Committee, as well as their family members (i.e.: spouses, direct line relatives and in-laws, their adopted children and adoptive parents, as well as siblings) may not participate in the Contest.

 

§3

PURPOSE OF THE CONTEST

The purpose of the contest is to build the activity of the ANSIN community, develop creativity, and popularize and promote the ANSIN brand.

 

§4

PLACE AND DURATION OF THE CONTEST

  1. The Contest is conducted within the territory of the Republic of Poland.
  2. The Contest begins on August 12, 2025, at 5:00 PM and lasts until August 18, 2025, at 11:59 PM.

 

§5

PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST

  1. Participation in the Contest is free and voluntary.
  2. To participate in the Contest, the Participant must publish a review of any Ansin clothing they already have in their wardrobe as a post on the ANSIN | fashion discussions | capsule wardrobe | exchange group.
  3. A Participant may publish several posts of their own authorship.
  4. Publishing a post means that the participant:
    a) has read and accepts the provisions of the Contest Regulations and Privacy Policy.
    b) does not infringe the proprietary and personal copyrights of third parties, within the meaning of the Act on Copyright and Related Rights; Under the conditions specified in the Act of August 29, 1997, on the Protection of Personal Data. The Participant has the right to access their personal data and the right to request its correction.
    c) agrees to the use and dissemination by the Organizer of their image or data (first name, last name) by publishing it on the Facebook platform, on websites, and in the Organizer's portfolio. Consent to the use and dissemination of the Participant's image is not limited in time or territory;
    d) agrees to the use of the publication in the Organizer's marketing activities, in particular for the ANSIN brand, including in the context of advertising or promotion of its products or services, regardless of the number of broadcasts, emissions, and copies produced.

 

§6

RULES AND COURSE OF THE CONTEST

  1. As part of the Contest, Participants will post a creative review of an ANSIN brand product they already own.
  2. Content that does not comply with the Contest theme, contains content prohibited by law, is offensive, may infringe the rights of third parties, or is inconsistent with the Contest Regulations will not be considered in the Contest. The Organizer will determine whether a work violates these rules.
  3. The Organizer reserves the right to remove works that do not meet the Contest conditions.

 

§7

PRIZE

  1. In the BECOME AN ANSIN REVIEWER! Contest, 2 winners will be selected.
  2. Each winner will receive a Miss Blooming Navy shirt as a prize.
  3. The contest organizer reserves the right to select additional winners in the event of a large number of interesting and outstanding submissions.
  4. Acceptance of the prize obliges the laureate to post a review of the received prize and publish it, in the form of a post consisting of a video or photos and text, on the ANSIN | fashion discussions | capsule wardrobe | exchange group.
  5. Publishing a post with a review of the prize means that the participant:
    a) has read and accepts the provisions of the Contest Regulations and Privacy Policy.
    b) does not infringe the proprietary and personal copyrights of third parties, within the meaning of the Act on Copyright and Related Rights; Under the conditions specified in the Act of August 29, 1997, on the Protection of Personal Data. The Participant has the right to access their personal data and the right to request its correction.

§8

COMMENT EVALUATION

  1. Submitted comments will be evaluated by the Contest Committee, composed of employees of YZEE company, owner of the ANSIN brand.
  2. The results will be announced on August 19, 2025, on the ANSIN | fashion discussions | capsule wardrobe | exchange group.
  3. Each winner will receive a private message from the organizer on the Facebook platform with information about winning the prize. They are obliged to confirm receipt of the winning notification. In the absence of contact with the Winner within two days after the announcement of the results (i.e., by the end of August 21, 2025), the Organizer reserves the right to select a new winner.
  4. The Organizer reserves the right to remove and disregard contest entries that:
    - do not meet the criteria specified in the Regulations or are submitted contrary to the rules of the Regulations;
    - make evaluation impossible;
    - contain content contrary to good customs, objectively immoral, or violating applicable legal provisions.
  5. The Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook, nor is it associated with it. Facebook is not responsible for the organization and conduct of the Contest – the Organizer bears sole responsibility in this regard.
  6. Participation in the Contest, as well as the rights and obligations associated with it, including the right to demand the prize, cannot be transferred to other persons or entities.
  7. The Organizer reserves the right to suspend the award of prizes to Participants if a violation of legal provisions or non-compliance with the Contest rules is found.
  8. Participants wishing to submit complaints regarding the Contest should send them by e-mail to: sklep@ansin.pl within 30 days of the end of the Contest. The Organizer is obliged to make efforts to provide a response as soon as possible, but no longer than 30 days from the date of receipt of the complaint.
