WHAT DOES OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS LOOK LIKE?
We will thoroughly analyze your application to understand your experience, skills, and commitment to previous projects. At this stage, there are no perfect answers; above all, we want to understand your way of thinking and your dedication.
If your qualifications match our expectations, we will invite you to an online interview. We will discuss your experience and passions. From this stage, we contact every candidate – regardless of our decision. We will share our feedback with you, which we hope will be valuable to you.
After a successful online interview, we will invite you to our office for a chat, to introduce you to our team, and show you how we create ANSIN together. This is also the time for you to feel whether ANSIN is the right place for you.
Once the recruitment process is complete, we will inform you of our final decision and any next steps.
