WHAT DOES OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS LOOK LIKE?
We will carefully analyze your application to understand your experience, skills, and commitment to previous projects. There are no perfect answers at this stage; above all, we want to understand your mindset and commitment.
If your qualifications meet our expectations, we will invite you to an online interview. We will discuss your experience and passions. From this stage on, we will contact every candidate – regardless of our decision. We will share our feedback with you, which we hope will be valuable to you.
After a successful online interview, we'll invite you to our office to chat, introduce you to our team, and show you how we're building ANSIN together. This is also the time for you to decide if ANSIN is the right fit for you.
Once the recruitment process is complete, we will inform you of our final decision and any further steps.
