If your ANSIN product has a defect or has developed a defect during use, please contact us by following the steps below:

2. SEND US INFORMATION ABOUT THE PRODUCT DEFECT

In addition to the description of the defect, please provide us with the order number and the name of the product being complained about.

3. WAIT FOR A REPLY

Once we receive your report, we'll review it with our team. We also have a clothing technologist on board who will review your case with a professional eye. After a thorough analysis, we'll get back to you with information and proposed solutions.

How can I file a complaint?

You can do this by email, telephone or in writing.

How much time do I have to file a complaint?

You have 2 years from the date you receive the product to do so.

When will I receive a response to my complaint?

The maximum response time is 14 days – however, we usually get back to you with information within 24 hours .

How does the complaints process work?

We carefully analyze each report, with the participation of our technologist and, if necessary, our sewing and fabric production teams. This allows us to determine the cause of the problem and find the best solution. Together, we will ensure that everything is resolved in the best possible way.

Do I need an order or invoice number?

You don't need an invoice. However, we'd appreciate it if you included your order number and product name in your request. This will make the entire process easier and faster. Don't know your order number? Please provide other information that will help us locate your purchase, such as your email address, name, or phone number.
