Some time ago, we shared with you a summary of our brand's two years of operation. We then told you about our e-book, new products, and the challenges we encountered along the way. Can you believe it's been a year since that post, and ANSIN is already celebrating its third anniversary ? To mark the occasion, we'd like to invite you on a short journey through our activities over the past 12 months. Buckle up, because the changes we've implemented for you may truly surprise you!
Bigger team - bigger resources
When we wrote this article a year ago, we were in the process of hiring a sixth member of our team. We now have nine people working with us daily from the office and a dozen or so working remotely . That's an incredible result and a huge amount of hands!
Together, we're streamlining virtually every department in the company—from production, through customer service and marketing, to operations. Jarek, Zosia, and Marta have helped establish long-term partnerships with two Polish sewing companies (and we're already looking for more!), we've also strengthened our collaboration with the designer, and thanks to our technologist, Ela, we know even more about the clothing creation process . We now have not one, but three people in our customer service department— Marta, Ewa, and Klaudia—who are working diligently to ensure you get help with your purchases as quickly as possible . Our communication with you also includes marketing activities, overseen by Patrycja and Monika . We've now expanded these to include reels, short videos on our Instagram profile. You can see most of these activities, and sometimes even test them yourself! However, there's a vast array of tasks that you don't see, but that take up our entire days— documents, invoices, settlements, and plans for the coming months, of course. Our wonderful Ania oversees all of this. We're also developing and streamlining all processes in this area to maximize our work time. To put it simply, what we once entered into three tables can now be entered into just one.

Even higher quality
What has always been most important to us is QUALITY . Although three years have passed, this aspect of our operations remains unchanged. We want the products we deliver to you to meet the highest standards and last for a long time. That's why, before releasing each model, we repeatedly verify the cut, material, and sewing method. The final product is a result of countless stitching changes, trials, errors, and tests – all to ensure that the products we create are the best! During our second anniversary, we boasted a portfolio of 60 products. Now, there are almost 200. I don't think any of us expected such dynamic growth!
Responsible brand website
We consistently ensure that our brand and its vision are based on responsible principles and, above all, actions. We remain committed to the spirit of less waste, and we have no intention of abandoning it! We ship orders in cardboard packaging or eco-friendly, biodegradable poly mailers. We offer additional outlet sales for items that, due to minor defects, are unsuitable for regular sale . This way, we give them a second life while caring for the environment. As most of you probably know, we also work with the Forest Forever Foundation . Every month, we donate 1% of our revenue to help plant new square meters of forest . A year ago, we announced in an article that we had over 1,000 trees, and now we're at 6,500 ! We'll soon reveal even more details about this initiative and invite you to plant a forest with us. Customer relationship, what we love most
None of this would be possible without you, our customers! Your suggestions and impressions of our brand and products allow us to continually move forward and improve each month. Much of our improvement comes from your messages and feedback . This is how we process returns and exchanges in most cases within 24 hours, and our new product designs meet your needs.
And while many of these changes are behind us, there are even more ahead. More clothing categories will be added to our website this fall . We're currently working hard on online returns and exchange forms to further accelerate this process. We're showcasing our products on a wide range of bodies , collaborating with many diverse and wonderful women. We'd especially like to mention Bellove, who organized a beautiful photoshoot for us—it was a wonderful meeting! We also couldn't help but mention the creators of our Instagram and YouTube profiles, who keep coming back and recommending our products. The three years since ANSIN was founded have flown by incredibly quickly. When we founded the brand, no one expected we'd be in this place. We didn't know we'd read so many wonderful reviews (be sure to read them, because there are so many wonderful words!), hear so many testimonials, or meet so many good people along the way. We feel like we still have a long road ahead of us, and sometimes we'd love to know in advance exactly where it will take us and what awaits us there. The future, however, holds one big surprise—and we already know that this surprise will be worth the wait. We sincerely hope you'll join us in waiting for it :)
