Many lists of the best male movie looks also feature an outfit associated with James Dean and his role as Jim Stark in "The Bootsman Without a Cause." Although the base of the look, as in "A Streetcar Named Desire," was jeans and a simple T-shirt, it was the red, thin collared jacket that gave the whole look a distinctive edge and unique character.
