GENERAL RULES:

  • You have 14 days from the date you receive the package to return the product.
  • The cost of shipping remains your responsibility.
  • Please make sure that the returned products are unused – free from odors, traces of cosmetics, material damage and with all tags (if included).
  • You can ship your parcel however you like. Please note that it should be sent directly to our warehouse address – we cannot accept parcels from collection points. Please also secure the parcel during transport.

1. Check and pack the products
You have 14 days from receipt of the shipment to return it.

2. Send your parcel and fill out the form
Go to the form and complete your return information. Select your shipping method – you can choose to have your parcel delivered to a parcel locker or to a DHL or DPD drop-off point.

3. Wait for your refund
We will do everything we can to ensure your refund reaches you as quickly as possible.

1. Inform us about the return
Before sending your parcel back, be sure to report your return to us. This allows us to register your parcel more quickly and efficiently and expedite your refund. Without reporting your return, the process may take longer. REPORT A RETURN

2. You can send a parcel in three ways
First, print the form and attach it to the package. Second, write the information on a piece of paper and attach it to the package. Third, send us the information by email to sklep@ansin.pl .

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Until when can I submit a return?

Our products can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order .

Can I return different orders in one package?

Yes, you can. Remember to include all order numbers – either in the form or by email: sklep@ansin.pl .

What if I can't print the form?

If you use the Convenient Returns option, you complete everything online. If you're shipping the package yourself, please contact us at sklep@ansin.pl or include a note with your package stating the items you're returning.

How will the amount be refunded?

Refunds will be processed using the same method used to pay for the order. If payment was made via cash on delivery, please provide the account number for the refund on the form.

How long will I have to wait for a refund?

If your refund is approved, it will be processed automatically via your original payment method within a maximum of 10 business days.

Do I need to provide my account number for a refund?

No, if the order was paid online. Please provide your account number for orders paid directly by bank transfer or cash on delivery.

Do I have to ship the products in their original boxes?

You don't have to. We want our products to be properly protected. However, if you have an idea for a reuse of the box, great. If not, send it back to us and we'll give it a second life in the spirit of less waste .

Can I return via parcel locker?

Yes, you can do this using the Convenient Returns option or by sending an InPost parcel individually. Important: We do not collect parcels from collection points or parcel lockers, so your parcel must be delivered directly to the following warehouse address:

Who covers the return shipping costs?

The costs associated with sending the parcel to us remain your responsibility.
