"ANSIN AMBASSADOR PROGRAM"

§1

PROGRAM ORGANIZER

YZEE a limited liability company with its registered office in Kraków, address: MAŁOPOLSKIE Voivodeship, Kraków County, Kraków Commune, locality: Kraków, Piłsudskiego Street, No. 28, room 8, 31-109, Kraków Post Office, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 676-257-18-56, entered into the NATIONAL COURT REGISTER by the DISTRICT COURT FOR KRAKOW-ŚRÓDMIEŚCIE IN KRAKOW, 11TH COMMERCIAL DIVISION OF THE NATIONAL COURT REGISTER under KRS number 0000806297.

§2

RECIPIENTS OF THE PROGRAM

  1. The Ansin Ambassador Program (hereinafter referred to as the program) can be joined by adults who have an account on the Instagram platform .
  2. Members of the Program Committee, as well as family members of these persons (i.e. spouses, relatives and in-laws in the direct line, their adoptive parents and adoptive parents, as well as siblings) cannot participate in the program.

§3

PROGRAM OBJECTIVE

The aim of the program is to build the activity of the ANSIN community, develop creativity, and popularize and promote the ANSIN brand.

§4

LOCATION AND DURATION OF THE PROGRAM

  1. The competition is conducted on the territory of the Republic of Poland.
  2. The program begins on September 1, 2025, at 12:00 noon and runs until September 30, 2025, at 11:59 p.m.

§5

PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM

  1. Participation in the program is free and voluntary.

  2. To participate in the program, participants must complete the form on the <link> website, follow the ANSIN Instagram profile, and demonstrate active participation on the ANSIN profile. By active participation, we mean: liking posts, making creative comments, and sharing.

  3. Joining the program means that the participant:

    a) has read the provisions of the Program Regulations, Newsletter Regulations and Privacy Policy and accepts them,



    b) does not infringe the proprietary and personal rights of third parties, within the meaning of the Act on Copyright and Related Rights; Under the conditions specified in the Act of 29 August 1997 on the Protection of Personal Data, the Participant has the right to inspect his or her personal data and the right to request their correction,

    c) consents to the use and dissemination of their image and data (name and login provided in the program form <link>) by the Organizer by posting it on Facebook.com, Instagram.com, on the Organizer's websites, and in the Organizer's portfolio. Consent to the use and dissemination of the Participant's image is not limited in time or territory.



    d) consents to being used in the Organizer's marketing activities, in particular for the benefit of ANSIN, including advertising or promotion of its products or services, regardless of the number of broadcasts, emissions and copies produced.

§6

RULES AND PROCEDURE OF THE PROGRAM

  1. As part of the program, participants must demonstrate activity on the ANSINl Instagram profile. Activity means: liking posts, creative comments, and sharing.
  2. Under the program, a reward will be awarded to a person who demonstrates originality and creativity in their activities and obtains the highest score in accordance with the rules described in paragraph 8, point 1
  3. The program will not accept works that are inconsistent with its theme, contain content prohibited by law, are offensive, may infringe the rights of third parties, or are inconsistent with the Program Rules. The Organizer will determine whether a work violates these rules.

  4. The Organizer reserves the right to remove works that do not meet the Program conditions.

§7

PRIZE

  1. One winner will be selected in the "ANSIN AMBASSADOR" Program.

  2. The winner will receive a PLN 300 voucher for purchases at the ANSIN store.
  3. The program organizer reserves the right to select additional winners in the event of a large number of interesting and outstanding entries.

§8

ACTIVITY ASSESSMENT

  1. The activity will be assessed by the ANSIN team, which constitutes the Programme Committee.
  2. The results will be announced on October 5, 2025 on the ANSIN Instagram profile.
  3. The winner will receive an email from the Organizer informing them of their prize. They must confirm receipt of the notification. If the winner is not contacted within three days of the results being announced (i.e., by the end of August 9, 2025), the Organizer reserves the right to select a new Winner.

  4. The Organizer reserves the right to remove and not include in the Program comments:

    - not meeting the criteria specified in the Regulations or submitted in violation of the provisions of the Regulations;

    - making it impossible to make an assessment;

    - containing content that is inconsistent with good practices, objectively immoral or violates applicable law.
  5. The Program is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram. Instagram is not responsible for the organization or execution of the Program; the Organizer bears sole responsibility in this regard.
  6. Participation in the Program, as well as the rights and obligations related thereto, including the right to request the release of a prize, may not be transferred to other persons or entities.
  7. The Organizer reserves the right to suspend the awarding of prizes to Participants who are found to have violated the law or failed to comply with the rules of the Program.
  8. Participants wishing to submit concerns regarding the Program should submit them by email to sklep@ansin.pl within 30 days of the Program's conclusion. The Organizer will endeavor to respond as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days from the date of receipt of the concern.
