§1

COMPETITION ORGANIZER

YZEE a limited liability company with its registered office in Kraków, address: MAŁOPOLSKIE Voivodeship, Kraków County, Kraków Commune, locality: Kraków, Piłsudskiego Street, No. 28, room 6, 31-111, Kraków Post Office, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 676-257-18-56, entered into the NATIONAL COURT REGISTER by the DISTRICT COURT FOR KRAKOW-ŚRÓDMIEŚCIE IN KRAKOW, 11TH COMMERCIAL DIVISION OF THE NATIONAL COURT REGISTER under KRS 0000806297.

§2

COMPETITION RECIPIENTS

  1. The Competition is open to adults who have a Facebook account and are members of the ANSIN | fashion discussions | capsule wardrobe | exchange group.
  2. Members of the Competition Jury, as well as family members of these persons (i.e. spouses, relatives and in-laws in the direct line, their adoptive parents and adoptive parents, as well as siblings) may not participate in the Competition.

§3

PURPOSE OF THE COMPETITION

The aim of the competition is to build the activity of the ANSIN community, develop creativity and popularize and promote the ANSIN brand.

§4

PLACE AND DURATION OF THE COMPETITION

  1. The competition is conducted on the territory of the Republic of Poland.
  2. The competition begins on August 12, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. and runs until August 18, 2025 at 11:59 p.m.

§5

PARTICIPATION IN THE COMPETITION

  1. Participation in the Competition is free and voluntary.
  2. To participate in the Contest, the Participant must post a review of any Ansin garment they already have in their wardrobe in the ANSIN group | fashion discussions | capsule wardrobe | swap.
  3. A participant may publish several posts of his/her own authorship.
  4. By publishing a post, the participant:
    a) has read the provisions of the Competition Rules and the Privacy Policy and accepts them.
    b) does not infringe the proprietary or personal rights of third parties, within the meaning of the Act on Copyright and Related Rights; Under the terms specified in the Act of 29 August 1997 on Personal Data Protection. Participants have the right to access their personal data and request its correction.
    c) consents to the use and dissemination of their image or data (name, surname) by the Organizer by posting it on the Facebook platform, on the Organizer's websites, and in the Organizer's portfolio. This consent to the use and dissemination of the Participant's image is not limited in time or territory;
    d) consents to the use of the publication in the Organizer's marketing activities, in particular for the ANSIN brand, including advertising or promotion of its products or services, regardless of the number of broadcasts, emissions and copies produced.

§6

RULES AND PROCEDURE OF THE COMPETITION

  1. As part of the Competition, Participants submit a creative post with a review of an ANSIN product that they already have in their wardrobe.
  2. The Competition will not accept content that is inconsistent with the Competition theme, contains content prohibited by law, is offensive, may infringe the rights of third parties, or is inconsistent with the Competition Rules. The Organizer will determine whether a work violates these rules.
  3. The Organizer reserves the right to remove works that do not meet the conditions of the Competition.

§7

PRIZE

  1. Two winners will be selected in the BECOME AN ANSIN REVIEWER! competition.
  2. Each winner will receive a Miss Blooming Navy shirt.
  3. The competition organizer reserves the right to select additional winners in the event of a large number of interesting and outstanding entries.
  4. Acceptance of the prize obliges the winner to post a review of the prize received and publish it, in the form of a post consisting of a video or photos and text, on the ANSIN | fashion discussions | capsule wardrobe | exchange group.
  5. By publishing a post reviewing the prize, the participant:
    a) has read the provisions of the Competition Rules and the Privacy Policy and accepts them.
    b) does not infringe the proprietary or personal rights of third parties, within the meaning of the Act on Copyright and Related Rights; Under the terms specified in the Act of 29 August 1997 on Personal Data Protection. Participants have the right to access their personal data and request its correction.
    c) consents to the use and dissemination of their image or data (name, surname) by the Organizer by posting it on the Facebook platform, on the Organizer's websites, and in the Organizer's portfolio. §8

COMMENT RATING

  1. The submitted comments will be assessed by the Competition Committee, composed of employees of YZEE, the owner of the ANSIN brand.
  2. The results will be announced on August 19, 2025 in the ANSIN group | fashion discussions | capsule wardrobe | exchange.
  3. Each winner will receive a private message from the Organizer on Facebook informing them of their prize. They must confirm receipt of the notification. If the Winner is not contacted within two days of the announcement of the results (i.e., by the end of August 21, 2025), the Organizer reserves the right to select a new winner.
  4. The Organizer reserves the right to remove and not include in the Competition the following entries:
    - not meeting the criteria specified in the Regulations or submitted in violation of the provisions of the Regulations;
    - making it impossible to make an assessment;
    - containing content that is inconsistent with good practices, objectively immoral or violates applicable law.
  5. The Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. Facebook is not responsible for the organization or conduct of the Competition – the Organizer bears sole responsibility in this regard.
  6. Participation in the Competition, as well as the rights and obligations related thereto, including the right to request a prize, may not be transferred to other persons or entities.
  7. The Organizer reserves the right to suspend the awarding of prizes to Participants who are found to have violated the law or failed to comply with the rules of the Competition.
  8. Participants wishing to submit complaints regarding the Competition should submit them by email to sklep@ansin.pl within 30 days of the Competition's end. The Organizer will endeavor to respond as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days from the date of receipt of the complaint.
